Annual Declaration?​ តើ​អ្វី​ទៅជា​ប្រតិវេទន៍​ប្រចាំឆ្នាំ?

•   យោងតាមច្បាប់ស្តីពីសហគ្រាសពាណិជ្ជកម្មឆ្នាំ 2005 សហគ្រាសពាណិជ្ជកម្មទាំងអស់ដែលបានចុះបញ្ជី និងធ្វើអាជីវកម្មត្រូវតែធ្វើរបាយការណ៍ប្រចាំឆ្នាំទៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មដែលរៀបរាប់លម្អិតអំពីលក្ខខណ្ឌរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន។ ក្នុងបរិបទនេះ ពាក្យ "ប្រតិវេទ៍ប្រចាំឆ្នាំ" សំដៅលើឯកសារស្តីពីស្ថានភាពសហគ្រាសពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដែលត្រូវដាក់ជូននាយកដ្ឋានចុះបញ្ជីពាណិជ្ជកម្មរបស់ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម នៅចុងឆ្នាំនីមួយៗ ដើម្បីប្រកាសពីស្ថានភាពប្រចាំឆ្នាំរបស់សហគ្រាស។ ម្ចាស់អាជីវកម្ម ឬតំណាងត្រូវបំពេញព័ត៌មានចាំបាច់តាមលក្ខណៈដែលកំណត់ដោយក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដើម្បីរក្សារបាយការណ៍ប្រចាំឆ្នាំ។ ព័ត៌មានដែលត្រូវការនៅក្នុងប្រតិវេទន៍ប្រចាំឆ្នាំរួមមាន  1. ព័ត៌មានទូទៅរបស់សហគ្រាស (ឈ្មោះក្រុមហ៊ុន លេខចុះបញ្ជី និងកាលបរិច្ឆេទចុះបញ្ជី) 2. អាស័យដ្ឋាន (អាសយដ្ឋានចុះឈ្មោះ/បញ្ជី) 3. ព័ត៌មានអភិបាល និងម្ចាស់ភាគហ៊ុន (ចំនួននាយក និងចំនួនម្ចាស់ភាគហ៊ុន) 4. ចំនួនដើមទុន (ចំនួនដើមទុនសរុប)។ 

• 7Pursuant to the Law on Commercial Enterprises of 2005, all commercial enterprises that are registered and conducting business must file an annual report with the Ministry of Commerce detailing the company's condition. In this context, the word "annual Declaration" refers to the document on the status of commercial enterprises that must be filed to the Ministry of Commerce's Department of Business Registration at the end of each year in order to announce the enterprise's annual status. The business owner or representative must fill out the required information in the manner stipulated by the Ministry of Commerce in order to keep the annual report. Required information in the annual declaration includes 1. General information about the enterprise (company name, registration number, and date of registration).2. Address (Registration address)3. Governor and shareholder's information (number of directors and number of shareholders)4. Capital amount (total capital amount).
